Terms & Conditions

We provide website design and build, Review Engine, Missed Call Recovery, Automated Lead Follow-Up, Repeat & Referral Campaigns, hosting, maintenance and support, together with optional add-ons such as Google Maps & AI Visibility and Google Local Services Ads where agreed.

The specific services, deliverables and timeline for your project are set out in the proposal or order form we agree with you.

Foundation is our core system, provided on a monthly subscription basis with a three-payment / 90-day minimum, followed by a monthly rolling service. Optional add-ons can be added to Foundation where available and agreed.

Any proposal or order form we provide describes the agreed scope, fees and timeline for your services. Where there is any difference between these terms and a signed proposal or order form, the proposal or order form takes precedence for the matters it covers.

You agree to provide accurate information, content, access and approvals reasonably needed for us to deliver the services. This includes business details, services, areas, branding, photographs and any login details for third-party accounts where required.

Delays in providing information or approvals may affect delivery timelines.

Building and launching your website and connected systems depends on timely input from you and on third-party platforms. We will keep you informed of progress and of anything we need from you.

Fees are set out in your proposal or order form. Foundation is a recurring monthly payment. Where third-party costs apply, such as advertising budgets paid directly to Google, these are separate from our fees and are your responsibility.

Foundation is provided on a three-payment / 90-day minimum. After the minimum period, Foundation continues as a monthly rolling service until you cancel it in accordance with these terms.

After the minimum period, you can cancel Foundation at any time by giving us notice. Cancellation takes effect from the end of the paid month in which notice is given, unless we agree otherwise.

If the subscription ends, access to the website and connected systems provided as part of Foundation ends with it. If you wish to purchase a standalone website outright, Website Only starts from £997 and is subject to separate terms.

If a payment is overdue, we may suspend the services after giving you reasonable notice until payment is received. We will restore services promptly once payment is made.

Some services rely on third-party platforms such as Google. We are not responsible for changes to those platforms, their availability, or their decisions about listings, ads or reviews. Approval or availability for services such as Google Local Services Ads is not guaranteed.

You confirm that any content and materials you provide to us are yours to use or you have permission to use them. We will use them only to deliver the services.

These terms do not transfer ownership of any website unless separately agreed in writing in a proposal or order form.

You are responsible for the accuracy and legality of the information and materials you give us. We will handle personal information in line with our Privacy Policy.

You agree not to use the services for any unlawful purpose or in a way that could damage our reputation, our other clients or third parties.

We aim to keep services running reliably but do not guarantee uninterrupted availability. We may update or change services from time to time and will give you reasonable notice of significant changes.

We do not guarantee any particular ranking position on Google or other search engines, a particular number of reviews, enquiries, leads, jobs or revenue. Results depend on many factors outside our control, including your local market, competition and how opportunities are handled.

To the fullest extent permitted by law, our liability for any claim arising from the services is limited to the fees you have paid us in the three months preceding the claim. We are not liable for indirect or consequential losses.

Either party may end the agreement immediately if the other commits a serious breach that is not remedied within 30 days of written notice. You may also end Foundation after the minimum period as described above.

Both parties will comply with their obligations under UK data protection law. Further information is set out in our Privacy Policy.

These terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales. Any dispute will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales.
